Also African music has many purposes in their culture not just to entertain.
African people don't just play music to have fun it has many purposes in their culture. The examples consist of: to cure the sick, educate their young, to offer something to the gods, to mark occasions such as birth, marriage, puberty and death and much more.
As you can see African music has many uses in their culture not only is it entertaining but it is used in many different ways in their culture and is vital to the people. African music is also very complicated and very hard to do and that's why it is so unique because it is indigenous in Africa.
